In a meeting with RFE/RL, Wladimir van Wilgenburg said while there is considerable sound regarding a Kurdish-led offensive into Iran from Iraqi Kurdistan, the Kurdish teams themselves are being deeply mindful and are currently in an “expedition phase.”
