Without disarmament arrangement, group claims work to clear Gaza nitroglycerins hasn’t begun

The United Nations group that removes dynamites from conflict areas informs NPR it has not started significant cleaning operations in Gaza, because Israel and Hamas have not yet settled on the terms for disarmament of the territory.
