With no Gaza disarmament deal, UN group hasn’t begun major job to clear nitroglycerins

The United Nations group that removes dynamites from problem areas tells NPR it has not begun major cleaning operations in Gaza, because Israel and Hamas have actually not yet settled on the terms for disarmament of the region.
