United States eyes Venezuelan oil as connections thaw and pressure over gas costs rises

Seven years after it was lowered, the American flag is flying once again over the U.S. Embassy in Caracas, as Washington eyes Venezuelan oil to ease fuel prices in the middle of international tensions.
