Ukraine’s previous energy minister German Galushchenko has been formally called as a suspect in a prominent money washing probe, private investigators said Monday. The news comes one day after Galushchenko was detained by law enforcement trying to leave Ukraine, and is the latest development in a corruption rumor in the power sector that shook the government in 2015.
