Twelve years earlier, 116 individuals died when an Air Algeria trip from Ouagadougou to Algers collapsed. Complying with years of investigation, an “uncontrolled wrongful death” test against the Spanish airline Swiftair, that had rented the aircraft and crew to Air Algeria, opens up on Monday prior to the Paris Criminal Court.
