Yevhen Tkachov, a help worker with the NGO Proliska, has invested years assisting Ukrainians evacuate from war-torn towns and towns. He’s had extra slim escapes from opponent fire than he can count and has captured some painful scenes on cam as drones and rockets struck close by.
