Civil liberties team Amnesty International is asking for a war criminal offenses examination over a massive strike by Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces on an evacuee camp earlier this year. Amnesty declares that the RSF, dealing with Sudan’s military given that April 2023, “intentionally killed civilians, took hostages, looted and damaged mosques, institutions and health and wellness clinics” throughout its April attack on Zamzam, the biggest refugee camp in North Darfur.
