S. Migaľ: Slovakia has actually used up 1.5 billion euros from EU funds and has fulfilled the N 3 policy

Minister of Investments of the Slovak Republic Samuel Migaľ introduced that Slovakia has used up 1.5 billion euros of EU funds and has satisfied the N +3 regulation.
