United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Caribbean leaders on Wednesday that the removal of Venezuela’s Nicolás Maduro has boosted local stability, in spite of arguments over its legitimacy. Speaking at a summit in St Kitts and Nevis, he urged better participation while stress continue over Cuba, movement and safety and security.
