Speaking to FRANCE 24’s Monte Francis, Marc Loustau, Affiliated Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study at Central European University, states that Monday’s conference in between US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban ‘did not produce the type of activity that Orban wish to have had before the April political elections’ due to the fact that US President Donald Trump ‘is not great at following up on his guarantees’.
