At the Iranian consular office in Kyiv, a salmon-pink estate on a street close to the presidential management, there were a number of open days recently for any person that wished to authorize a book and come of condolences in memory of the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, killed in the US-Israeli air campaign on Tehran.Inside, candles lined the flooring and grief-stricken music played, as mediators ushered the way to a space with a portrait of Khamenei and the book to sign.
