Leading United States arbitrators competing to end the battle in Ukraine consulted with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday in high-stakes talks occurring as Moscow pressed combat zone developments. Putin, who received United States President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner and unique agent Steve Witkoff in the Kremlin, signified previously that his forces were ready to fight on to attain Russia’s initial battle goals.
