The EU’s former foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini was nabbed Tuesday as cops presented raids probing believed scams over contracts to educate future European mediators. Mogherini, who was high rep for international events from 2014 to 2019, currently leads the College of Europe graduate institution whose facilities were looked along with the workplaces of the EEAS polite solution.
