Orbán’s veto, Iran battle and high energy costs readied to control EU summit

Thursday’s top will certainly see EU leaders try to encourage Viktor Orbán to lift his debatable veto on the EUR90 billion to Ukraine. Hopes for a resolution prior to the Hungarian political elections on 12 April are low.
