In Niger, the army government revealed Sunday that it will certainly put uranium created by Somair on the global market, escalating its standoff with French business Orano, which possessed Somair until it was nationalised in June. The site holds an estimated 1,300 tons of uranium concentrate, worth around EUR250 million.
