Namibia: Hengari Remains Behind Bars As Bail Bid Postponed

[Namibian] Former agriculture minister Mac Hengari was denied bail at the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court on Monday after the magistrate ruled that he is a flight risk and may interfere with witnesses.
