Myanmar’s military is limiting humanitarian aid in numerous earthquake areas, said the United Nations human rights office on Friday. U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani described a catastrophic humanitarian situation in earthquake areas, especially those out of the military’s control.
