A loud surge hit the entrance of the United States embassy in Oslo very early Sunday, shattering glass but creating no injuries, Norwegian police stated. While the source of the blase was unidentified, Oslo police commander Michael Dellemyr informed neighborhood media it appeared that the act had actually been executed by somebody.
