The most up to date US-brokered talks between envoys from Moscow and Kyiv over Russia’s full-scale intrusion of Ukraine ended Wednesday without sign of a development and with both sides claiming the talks were “difficult,” something that came as little shock to most Ukrainians seeing, reports France 24’s correspondent Gulliver Cragg.
