Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed on Tuesday that a “key” army manufacturing facility in Russia’s western city of Bryansk had actually been targetted and struck in a rocket strike. Russia earlier charged Kyiv of a “terrorist” assault in Bryansk that it said eliminated six civilians and wounded at least 37 individuals, without defining what the target was.
