Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tuesday a deal to prevent army confrontation with the United States was available, in advance of talks set to return to in Geneva. His comments came as Tehran issued a muted caution to student militants amidst mounting United States threats over Iran’s nuclear program.
