A trip carrying dozens of pet cats, dogs and their owners landed in Athens on Wednesday as part of a successful government effort to leave pet dogs from the battle between East. Greece’s interior and foreign ministry worked together for days to work with the operation to repatriate Greek nationals without forcing them to leave their family pets behind.
