While the Rassemblement National is fielding prospects in 34 districts with over 100,000 citizens, its highest possible hopes lie with Perpignan– currently under the party’s control– Toulon and Nice. It is mainly concentrating on medium-sized cities in the northeast and southeast of France, its two traditional strongholds.
