Nemesio Oseguera, referred to as “El Mencho”, passed away Sunday following an operation by the Mexican military that followed one of his romantic companions to a village where they were fulfilling. He was among one of the most desired drug lords in Mexico and the US, with a bounty of approximately $15 million on his head.
