Dutch police arrest four young men over Rotterdam synagogue fire

Four young men were arrested on Friday on suspicion of setting an explosion outside a synagogue. The incident follows a spate of recent targeted attacks on synagogues: in Liege, Belgium, and in Detroit, Michigan.
