China on Monday urged the United States to terminate independent tariffs revealed by President Donald Trump after the US Supreme Court overruled many of his actions, ruling he did not have authority under a 1977 regulation. Trump responded by revealing brand-new worldwide import duties of up to 15% under various powers.
