The Iranian Red Crescent on Sunday cautioned Tehran locals to take additional preventative measures to prevent noxious fumes stemming from a fire that broke out after Israel struck numerous oil storage space depots, cloaking the Iranian resources in thick black smoke that shut out the sun.
