2 guys were billed on Monday with terrorism offenses after purportedly throwing a nail bomb near an anti-Islam objection in New York over the weekend. Both US people remain in guardianship and informed authorities they were lined up with Islamic State, according to charging papers, in what authorities called ISIS-inspired terrorism.
